HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD



There are many extremely talented, smarter, more skillful writers, painters, singers, footballers, doctors and photographers who are not able to reach the peak of their career because of how they have positioned themselves. 

Some of these professionals always try to convince the world they are better than their competition instead of focusing on being better while making sure the world knew about it.  Key lessons to learn in order stood out in a crowd.

1.      Raise the bar for everyone:

You are heading towards the top if you raise the bar of your standards inch by inch by inch each hour.  There is no quick way to success; it comes in installments.  Every day’s activity is a mirror contribution to a heavy pay of success.  Don’t waste the day.

 

2.      Learn to accept criticisms:

Your critics are always there to give you a second opinion about yourself so it is important to critically evaluate their views, work on it and make progress.  Always not that, in order to standout, you must regularly assess your successes.  Don’t waste the day.

 

3.      Plan for eventualities:

Most successful people who have being difficult times, have always risen above their challenges to achieve success.  The principles their success is not waiting for challenges strikes them before they plan.  To stand out, you need to continually plan for contingency and crises you are most likely to face and how to overcome them. 

Always take note; whether the crisis is late delivery of an assignment or loss of life, you must be ready to get in front of it and do what you can to make it right.

 


4.      Commitment to improve:

The commitment to improve every day is not an easy feat.  There will be times when your efforts are useless because results are not what you expect them to be.  There will be voices in your head that will tell you that what you are doing does not make sense and you will be better off to give it up. 

Remember what will make you stand out is your ability to stay committed to your vision and giftings.

 

5.      Defy the odds: 

To defy the odds is to accomplish something that most people would deem impossible.  Never give up, and be confident in what you do.  There may be tough times, but do not allow the difficulties you face to deter you from achieving your greatest dreams
