THE POWER OF STORIES

The stories of successful and great people are laced with their struggles, mistakes, lessons learnt and also the spirit of what they have overcome.  Stories have the power to inspire, motivate, encourage and drive us to accomplish great feats in life and in business.  But no matter how inspiring someone’s story is, it is still not your story.  One of the most powerful stories you can ever tell is your own story.

Your story has a compelling effect of knowing where you were, what you have been through and what you have survived.  You are about to tell your own story.

You might have read about how Barak Obama became the first African American president.  It looked so unbelievable that a man with roots in Kenya will rise to become the president of one of the most powerful nations on earth.  You are about to step into a realm of discovery where nations will come to your feet because of your unusual accomplishment.

You might have read about how the Wright brothers made up their mind to fly to break the law of gravity and today there are aeroplanes everywhere.

Your own story will be that you will break the limitation set over your life, your family, your nation, your continent and the world.  You are about to set new records in your field.  The things they called impossible will be possible.

The prostitute can become a preacher, the armed robber will work at his or her temper.  The person given to anger will work at his or her temper.  The barren will become pregnant.

You have an inspiring story to tell your world.  Get ready to tell your story.
