21 LAWS OF LEADERSHIP

1.      The law of conviction: (believe before you begin) Conviction is having faith in your dream.  Every successful leader today once had a dream that they want to achieve – you may have challenges but believe that it is possible.  If you believe in the beauty of your dream then it is going to work.  Have confidence like Barack Obama  and adopt the slogan “Yes I Can”

....“Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” [Mat 17:20]

2.      The law of clarity.  The clearer you are about your goals and objectives, the more efficient and effective you will be in achieving them. Clarity accounts for probably 80%  of success and happiness. Lack of clarity is probably more responsible for frustration and underachievement than any other single factor. 3.      The law of companionship.  (Your association determines your acceleration).  If you want to succeed as a leader build relationship that will move you forward.  Try attending a ‘black tie’ or business events and network with people…who knows? You might find your business associate or an investor under the event. “Your network is your networth

4.      The law of concentration: it states that, your focus determines your direction.  Successful leaders focus on their vision because it guides them towards their direction.  Be focus driven.  Let your eyes look straight ahead, and your eyelids look right before you.”     [Pro 4:25]

5.      The law of comprehension: Your understanding determines your undertakings; you are a reflection of your mental capabilities.  The kind of information you have determines what you will do with it.  Do you see man a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before unknown men” Pro 22:29

6.      The law of commitment: what you are not devoted to, you cannot develop.  Every successful leader is dedicated to what they do.  Their devotion is due to the believe they have in their vision.  And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.” Col 3:23

7.      The law of conception: this law state that, your ideas determine your inventions.  Joseph ideas or solution concerning the famine is what made him a governor in Egypt.  The world is a battle of ideas.  It is your ideas that will determine your feat in life.

8.      The law of cognition: this law state that if you fail to buy knowledge today, you will pay for the price of ignorance tomorrow.  If you want to be a successful leader, invest in knowledge.  Knowledge is expensive.  Invest your money on books and you will never regret it.
